Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a bar role within the hospitality industry
* Previous member-based club experience preferable
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to make coffee, cocktails & bar drinks
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol-related regulations

Operational Tasks
* Swiftpos skills for entering stock as it arrives & load new products
* Responsible for Bar staff to report to as direct line
* Stock ordering - Bar / soft drinks/chips/nuts - in line with requirements
* Stocktakes monthly
* Weekly cleaning of Bar / rotation of stock / Clean Fridges
* Basic Barista coffee making skills
* Basic Food Handling Certificate (South Australia)
* Proficient in beer line cleaning / able to be trained
* Keg tapping - change out kegs when required
* Back-up point for function enquiries - emailing and Microsoft Office proficient
* Liaise with caterers
* Promotion of events with caterer - work together to host events at the Squadron
