What you'll do
As an Executive Assistant you will:
* Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, acting as a key liaison between the Executive team, Board, and external stakeholders.
* Manage complex schedules, communications, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations and effective prioritisation.
* Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefings, and Board materials, supporting decision‐making on complex and sensitive matters.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient information flow across the organisation.
* Act as a trusted intermediary, delivering exceptional stakeholder service and supporting collaboration across teams to achieve strategic priorities.
What you'll bring
* Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support within a medium to large, complex organisation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to produce polished reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
* Ability to work proactively in a fast‐paced environment, anticipating needs and using initiative to solve problems.
