* Provide professional support and guidance to young offenders who require assistance with rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
Essential Skills And Qualifications:
* Degree in social work, behavioral science or related field relevant to the role such as criminology.
* Effective communication skills for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including young offenders, their families and community partners.
* Cultural capability ensuring an inclusive environment aligning with Human Rights Act 2019, promoting cultural connections of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in developing tailored interventions aimed at reducing recidivism rates among juvenile offenders. He/she must demonstrate ability to coordinate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong collaboration skills across various sectors.
