About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal coordination role in the development and sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of coordinating the marketing and development of over 50's projects with resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Task management and communication across projects on all aspects of development and sales.
* Working with the team on the marketing and capital program.
* Coordinating developer marketing, sales, and branding programs.
* Distributing and coordinating marketing material and agents.

Requirements:
We seek a self-motivated, proactive, experienced mature administrator (and managing director assistant) with solid commercial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and prioritize.
