The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience within Public Practice and thorough knowledge of Australian taxation requirements. They will also possess the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a curious mindset with a passion for accounting and business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare various tax compliances including Business Activity Statements (BAS), financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individual businesses.
* Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and offices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven accounting experience within Public Practice.
* Strong knowledge of Australian taxation requirements.
* CA or CPA qualification or working towards this.
