About This Role:

You will partner with clients to drive their success as a key member of our sales team.

* You will collaborate with experts to tackle clients' toughest challenges and position yourself as the go-to source for revolutionary insights.
* C-level executives will rely on you to elevate their vital priorities, guiding strategic decision-making processes.
* You will work closely with subject matter experts to deliver unmatched value to clients through expert analysis and bold ideas.
* You will lead forecasting, planning, and exceeding targets across ANZ, utilizing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
* You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging industry-leading accelerators to drive results.
* You will network with clients and prospects at conferences and absorb wisdom from industry leaders to stay ahead in your field.


What You'll Need:

* A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a strong foundation in sales or a related field.
* 1-4 years of professional experience with previous success in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
* Demonstrated intelligence, determination, and sales acumen are essential, with a proven ability to engage in deep conversations with top-level executives.
* Prior experience in selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is beneficial, offering valuable insights into client needs.
* Proven ability to understand client-specific needs and values, driving tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* A competitive spirit coupled with a collaborative mindset – striving for greatness while uplifting colleagues and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
