About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and highly organised Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to support our Queensland Lead and contribute to the smooth running of our operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers a great mix of customer service, administration, and sales support.
You'll be responsible for a range of tasks including invoicing, scheduling, managing customer enquiries, supporting quote preparation, and maintaining CRM updates. You\'ll also play a key role in following up on social media leads and ensuring accurate document control across our systems. If you\'re a proactive problem solver who enjoys multitasking and working collaboratively within a supportive team, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoice completed jobs and upload supplier invoices to job records
* Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries with a friendly and professional approach
* Research and add new business leads into the CRM
* Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound quote enquiries
* Prepare accurate quotes and assist with scheduling jobs
* Finalise and close off reporting for account customer jobs in the relevant portals
* Prepare and send quotes in response to social media inquiries
* Support the Queensland Lead with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
* Maintain and manage company document control systems
About You
Experience : Prior experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
Education : Cert III/IV in Business Administration (desirable)
Tech Skills : Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Communication : Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal
Organisation : Strong time management and attention to detail
Personal Traits : Proactive, friendly, trustworthy, and flexible
Attitude : Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and stepping in to support where needed
