Wholesale Travel Business Development Manager
Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a motivated Wholesale Travel Business Development Manager to take charge of the Queensland region and be the face of our wholesale brands across the state. This role blends sales acumen with a passion for travel, offering opportunities for career growth within an industry leader.
What You'll Be Doing
* Growing wholesale sales across Queensland by developing and executing smart strategies.
* Building lasting relationships with travel partners through regular in-person visits, virtual meetings, and a structured call plan.
* Becoming the go-to expert on wholesale products and services, supporting agents to sell with confidence.
* Working with the Regional Manager to set goals and achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Using CRM tools to track activities, report results, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
* Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and drive proactive growth.
* Representing the brand at trade shows, industry events, famils, and conferences.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in sales or account management.
* Strong network across the travel industry with relationships that can be leveraged.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and a drive to succeed.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
