About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Scheduling Officer.
* Manage care worker schedules to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
* Address scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and staff
* Action and document phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling, including roster changes, carer sick leave and client enquiries
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency
* Professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Perform general administration duties, including printing, scanning and filing of documentation into online systems and portals
Key Requirements:
* Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry (desired)
* Intermediate computer literacy in using a variety of Mac & Microsoft Office programs and online systems
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing or urgent tasks and manage challenging workloads and schedules
* Work rights in Australia (required)
* Applicable industry licences, including WWCC & First Aid/CPR (required)
* National criminal history/police check (or willingness to obtain)
