About the role
The Ciavarella Team at Ray White Broadbeach is seeking a talented and driven Part-time Telemarketer/Lead Generator to support the growth of our highly successful commercial real estate team in our Broadbeach office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing high-quality leads to drive new business opportunities for a top-performing team in the commercial sales market.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through telephone prospecting within our warm database
* Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and systematically follow up to convert opportunities
* Collaborate closely with the team to understand their unique selling propositions and tailor your approach to each lead
* Provide excellent customer service and build solid relationships with prospective clients
* Utilise CRM tools and sales technology to effectively manage the lead generation process
What we're looking for
* You Must hold a current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate
* Minimum 2 years of experience in telephone lead generation, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within the real estate industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a wide range of clients
* Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience using CRM software
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth
