Our Child and Family Health nurses are key to our district’s goal of healthier rural populations and thriving communities. You will engage with families early, providing services such as family assessments, monitoring growth and development, parental education and support, immunisations, and referrals.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will support and develop transitional and newly graduated Child and Family Nursing staff across the Western NSW Local Health District. For more details, view the Position Description.
