The Opportunity:
We have a great opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to join our global IT team in Brisbane. In this newly created role, you will lead and manage the transition of technology projects into operational support and be responsible for implementing ITIL based support solutions for technology deployments ensuring operational readiness of the global IT teams to support new products and services.
2+ years of relevant service transition management experience in a complex global environment ideally in professional services/legal firm
Strong understanding of Service Management processes including Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Request, Problem and Release Management
Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting and implementing Service Transition Management processes for enterprise wide projects and programmes
Understanding of design thinking, user experience design and management, service design and modern software development techniques and culture
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall based projects
ITIL certification
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to maintain and build strong working relationships at all levels
