The Position
* Food preparation and daily interaction with boarding school students
* Cleaning dishes with a commercial dishwasher
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
* Monitor stock and rotate as required
* Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
* Fast paced environment
The Person
* Sandwich and salad experience highly valued
* Must be able to obtain a Working With Children Check
* Must be able to work 38 hours per week year round
* Experience in a commercial kitchen highly valued
* Eye for detail and great with time management
* Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
* Physical fitness to tackle this hands-on role
