The role will suit a service-orientated person who is composed, patient and is able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues, providing quick responses and accurate results.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
