Primary Objectives
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic and professional staff across various departments.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and communications.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
* Support event planning and coordination, including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
Desirable Qualifications or Skills
* Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an educational institution.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A proactive and customer‐focused approach to problem solving.
