General Manager - Accommodation and Community Services
Interaction Disability Services is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our Accommodation and Community programs. Make a real difference in the lives of people with disability, with a special focus on those living with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).

Role Description
The General Manager - Accommodation and Community Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This leadership position involves managing and overseeing the organisation's accommodation and community support services, ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with Interaction's person-centred approach.
Responsibilities
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team.
Driving high-quality, person-centred services.
Overseeing P&L, budget management, resource allocation, and operational performance.
Building strong partnerships with staff, participants, families, and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive organisational culture.
Strong understanding of disability services and relevant regulations, including person-centred approaches to service delivery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
Experience in P&L and budget management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated experience working in disability services or a similar sector is highly advantageous.
