The Opportunity
As a Multi-Skilled Worker, you'll carry out a wide variety of tasks to keep our shire safe, green and well-maintained. From concreting, kerb and channel, drainage and roadworks through to parks, gardens, landscaping and tree maintenance, you'll be part of a high-performing team that takes pride in delivering quality results for the community. You'll also have the chance to operate machinery, drive Council vehicles and step in to support emergency response work such as storm or bushfire recovery.
What We're Looking For
You're a motivated, practical person who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a supportive team. You'll bring:
* Experience in civil construction, landscaping, maintenance or similar hands-on work.
* The ability to use tools, plant and machinery safely and effectively.
* A strong focus on teamwork, problem-solving and communication.
* Physical fitness and agility to handle labouring tasks including lifting, bending and climbing.
Essential licences/quals:
* Certificate II in Civil Construction, Horticulture or similar (or equivalent experience).
* Construction White Card.
* C Class driver's licence.
* MR licence (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
* Other equipment tickets highly regarded.

Position Details
* Multiple roles available: Permanent Full Time, Temporary Part Time (0.89 FTE), Casual
* Salary: $65,653 base + allowances + super + leave loading (permanent full-time equivalent)
* Casual: $41.53/hr incl. 25% casual loading
* Location: Noosaville Depot
