Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multidisciplinary design teams across major hospital and health infrastructure projects.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape project strategy and ensure design intent aligns with operational and clinical outcomes.
* Engage in detailed technical discussions to deliver integrated, high-performing designs.
* Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, balancing innovation, risk, and value for clients.
* Help define national Health strategy, building trusted relationships and expanding presence in the health sector.
Requirements
* 15+ years' experience leading major Health or complex building projects in Australia.
* Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and deliver projects aligned with client, clinical, and operational goals.
* Strong technical grounding in building design, services integration, and project governance.
* Strong technical experience in mechanical and medical gas design on major health projects.
* Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, business development, and influencing project outcomes at senior levels.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
