We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and support strategic growth from our Arundel MainEvent RV headquarters.
What You'll Do Oversee all accounting functions across multiple dealerships.
Deliver accurate monthly reports, P&Ls, budgets and forecasts.
Manage cash flow, compliance (BAS, GST, payroll tax) and audits.
Maintain vehicle stock control, floorplan finance and costing.
Lead month-end and year-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
Partner with banks, auditors and finance providers.
Support payroll, HR compliance and supplier management.
Optimise systems and reporting using the dealership management system (DMS).
Manage the administration team.
What You'll Bring A commercial acumen to provide insights into operational performance and vision for the finance function.
Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
5+ years in senior accounting or financial management.
Dealership, automotive or caravan industry experience preferred.
Understanding of floorplan finance and vehicle DMS/ERP systems preferred.
Detail-driven with excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
