Ecommerce & Digital Retail Manager
A leading lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Commercial Ecommerce professional to drive strategy, innovation, and growth across their digital channels. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce plan, leveraging marketplaces, and driving business results.
In this role, you will take ownership of D2C performance and marketplace operations, shaping the growth roadmap, optimising channels, integrations, loyalty programs, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with an established team, building on solid foundations to drive innovation, scalability, and long-term commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic ecommerce initiatives based on customer insights and market trends
* Manage and optimise paid media performance across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads & Google Shopping, combining agency partnerships with internal management
* Lead the strategy and collaboration on the execution of D2C sales growth via Shopify, SEO, UX, loyalty, and conversion optimisation
* Collaborate in the development of a Loyalty, Reviews and UGC programme
* Monitor KPIs, prepare strategic performance reports, and present actionable recommendations
* Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
* At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital retail
* Demonstrated success in scaling a brand, with ownership of ecommerce strategy and execution
* Experience managing marketplaces and understanding their commercial levers
* Strong Shopify expertise: including optimisations, integrations, SEO, and Google Shopping
* Passion for AB testing with a successful record
* Strong reporting and analytical skills – you know how to back your ideas with data to drive growth. You're competent with analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar
* Ability to take a big-picture commercial view while rolling up your sleeves to execute
