What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a seasoned, future-focused leader to help us push the boundaries of organic discovery. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy and capabilities that make our brands stand tall across both traditional search and the rapidly evolving world of AI-driven platforms. You'll unify and uplift a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class organic performance – not only in conventional rankings, but in the fast-emerging domain of AI-generated search results where new behaviours, algorithms and visibility factors are still taking shape.
