Occupational Therpaist | Adult & Aged Care | Community Based
An established WA-based allied health provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their mobile team, delivering community-based rehabilitation across Perth, the Southwest and Great Southern regions.
Based from Mount Hawthorn, Bunbury or Albany, the successful candidate will enjoy a balanced metro–regional caseload working with older adults, veterans and NDIS participants.
With weekly team days, drive-in/drive-out regional travel, full appointment support and a structured onboarding experience, this role offers a compelling mix of autonomy, purpose and professional development.
What's on Offer
* $85,000 - $125,000 salary + super
* Paid accommodation and meals for regional visits (e.g. 3-day blocks in Bunbury)
* Rostered day off every 6 weeks
* Surface Pro, mobile phone, uniform and full admin support
* Regular internal PD calendar, flexible allowance, and weekly neuro education sessions
* Two-week onboarding, buddy visits and shadowing for new graduates

About the Employer / Practice
* WA mobile occupational therapy service with offices in Mount Hawthorn, Bunbury and Albany
* All OTs, focused on community health and functional rehabilitation
* Adult-only caseload including NDIS, veterans and older adults
* Interventions include home modifications, assistive tech, cognitive and physical rehab
* Travel radius of 20 minutes for local visits; regular regional travel blocks
* Team meets in-office every Monday; fortnightly team meetings; early finish Fridays
