Live Electrical and Airconditioning Pty Ltd as part of Live Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Sunshine Coast office.
Skills & Experience:
* Must have previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience preferred using SimPRO but not necessary.
* Strong capability to multi-task and priorities their workload.
* Liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Great attention to detail.
* Desire to ensure completion of work.
* Ability to build business relationships with clients and contractors.
About the Role:
* 8am-4pm work days, 5 days a week.
* Ability to monitor/control trade/bookings calendar.
* Ability to monitor and order stock/material purchases
* Schedule and implement all jobs, quotes, activities & tasks.
* Assist Project Managers with day to day tasks.
* Effectively communicate to the team, builders, trades, customers & sub-contractors.
* Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
* Be adaptable and flexible to ensure emergency jobs are scheduled.
Training will be provided where required.
