Beacon Building Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Operations Team in Victoria.
Working across Melbourne's eastern corridor, you'll oversee building repair projects end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our clients while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.

About The Role
* Manage all on‑site repair works from establishment through to handover, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
* Coordinate suppliers and trades to keep projects on schedule and aligned with approved plans.
* Develop and communicate programs of work using purpose‑built software.
* Review and approve project documentation, progress updates and cost reports.
* Act as the primary site contact for clients, customers and suppliers.
* Manage project budgets, supplier orders and invoice reconciliation.
* Take part in the after‑hours roster to coordinate emergency works when required.
* Maintain strict safety standards, including inductions, site audits and toolbox talks.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent communication.
* Support continuous improvement by sharing industry knowledge and best practice.
About you
* Trade background or tertiary qualification in building and construction (essential).
* Experience in a similar supervisory role within construction or repairs.
* Strong understanding of domestic insurance repairs (advantageous).
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and decision‑making skills.
* Customer‑focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Flexible, adaptable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
