$68,338.79 - $70,468.72 per annum + 12% super & salary packaging | Temporary Full Time until 11 October 2026 | Wollongong Hospital (TWH) | REQ601400 | Grade: Administration Officer Level 3 | Applications close: 28 September 2025

This is a temporary parental leave relief position until 11 October 2026 with the possibility of an extension at the same or reduced hours.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient/ client focused services for the Paediatric Outpatient Clinic at Wollongong Hospital. The Administration Officer will be responsible for clinic reception, answering telephone enquiries, booking appointments, maintaining patient files, Medicare Billing and all tasks associated with the efficient running of the outpatient clinic.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500.
