Job Title: Financial Capability Worker
As a skilled professional, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to clients in order to enhance their financial literacy and resilience. Your role will involve delivering community education workshops, providing individualized support, and facilitating referrals to relevant services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
* Design and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the distinct requirements of various client groups.
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement, developing tailored strategies to address these gaps.
* Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity in your interactions with clients.
Requirements include holding or pursuing a vocational Certificate III in Community Services Work, possessing full working rights within Australia, and maintaining a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.
Benefits Package:
* $86,950 - $89,232 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation contributions.
