TALL TIMBERS LABOUR SOLUTIONS PTY LTD t/a TALL TIMBERS MANJIMUP is currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join their Manjimup (Western Australia, ****) team in a full time role.
Applicants must hold at minimum a relevant Diploma plus one-year full-time relevant experience or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the restaurant.
Provide dining and catering services.
Collaborate with chefs to create menus.
Organize special events.
Keep track of inventory and financial records.
Managing purchasing and pricing within budgetary constraints.
Manage inventory and finances.
Ensure health and safety standards are met and the floor is clean, in good working order, and presentable.
Gather customer feedback on food and service quality.
Hiring, training, and supervising front and back staff.
Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with orders
