ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the commercial, administrative, and financial performance of projects and the wider business.
This role has a strong focus on contractor and supplier administration, cost tracking, compliance, and project support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and key clients to support smooth operations and positive financial outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility include contractor onboarding and compliance, safety and ISO administration, project cost control support, equipment coordination, and acting as a key point of contact for selected 3PL clients.
This is a full-time role working 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with negotiable flexibility for the right candidate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a project coordination, contractor administration, or commercial admin role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel experience highly regarded)
* Experience managing contractors, suppliers, or external stakeholders
* Exposure to cost tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, or project financial support
* Retail, logistics, construction, or industrial services experience will be viewed favourably

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
* Contractor and supplier administration, including onboarding, compliance, and documentation
* Supporting Project Managers with project cost control, tracking, and reporting
* Managing purchase orders, equipment hire, and supplier coordination (e.g. forklifts, skips)
* Monitoring and maintaining safety and ISO compliance, training records, and documentation
* Managing client requests via phone and email for selected customers
* Supporting accurate data entry, record keeping, and administrative processes that contribute to project profitability
