Job Description:
The Tenancy and Facilities Manager role is responsible for the smooth operation of accommodation sites and associated housing. This position involves providing end-to-end tenancy management and maintenance services, including delivering tenant and property services.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, as well as knowledge of issues facing people at risk of homelessness or housing insecurity. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other business and project management tools. Prior to commencement, the selected applicant must undergo an International Criminal History check if they have resided overseas for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
Responsibilities:
