Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced management professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on motivating and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential, while also championing guest satisfaction and local community engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall guest experience.


Responsibilities:

* Motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business goals.
* Champion guest satisfaction and local community engagement initiatives.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
* Work closely with the Venue Manager to align team goals and objectives with business outcomes.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving business results through people management.

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Additionally, you will need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a commitment to developing and engaging your team, and a drive to continuously improve business operations.
