As a key member of the leadership team, this role oversees actuarial analysis and insights that drive business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine embedded value models to support diverse product lines across multiple markets.
* Ensure accurate management of risk coverage for Life, Pet and General Insurance products in New Zealand, Canada and other regions.
* Oversee the annual experience investigation process and external audit review.
* Present clear and insightful reports to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
* Strong mathematical background with an actuarial qualification (AIAA or higher).
* Minimum 8 years' experience in actuarial or analytics roles, preferably in life insurance.
* Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques.
