Carpenter Job Description:
* Primary duties involve first-fix carpentry tasks, including framing for walls, floors, and roofs, setting out, sub-flooring, and structural alterations in existing buildings.
* Requires ability to accurately read, interpret, and execute work based on construction drawings, architectural plans, and specifications.
* Second-fix and detailed finishing carpentry responsibilities include door, window, trim, skirting, architraves, cabinetry/joinery installation, and completion of fit-outs for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.
* Involves undertaking repair and restoration work on existing timber structures and elements, as well as assisting with basic maintenance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Include:
* High level of proficiency in reading and executing construction drawings and architectural plans.
* Able to accurately set out and execute sub-flooring and structural alterations in existing buildings.
* Strong skills in second-fix and detailed finishing carpentry, including installation of doors, windows, trim, skirting, architraves, and cabinetry/joinery.
* Adept at completing detailed fit-outs for various spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial areas.
* Skilled in undertaking repair and restoration work on existing timber structures and elements.
* Ability to assist with basic maintenance tasks as required.
