ATRIS PTY LTD, located in Auburn NSW 2144, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
* Lead and coordinate both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
* Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand development initiatives.
* Analyse sales and marketing data to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.
* Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
About you :
* Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing principles, and brand strategy.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
