Overview
You will be at the heart of transforming how care is delivered through the successful readiness and implementation of the ieMR across Darling Downs Health. This role is ideal if you are someone who thrives on complexity, brings strategic clarity to large‐scale projects, and leads with integrity, collaboration and purpose. Working from Toowoomba, you'll help shape a system that empower clinicians and enhances patient care.
What Your Day Will Look Like
You will lead the ieMR Readiness Project in Toowoomba with confidence and foresight — guiding planning, coordinating non‐clinical streams, and supporting a smooth transition toward a digitally connected hospital environment. You'll excel if you value strong relationships, transparent communication and thoughtful problem‐solving, reflecting the Darling Downs Health values through your ability to collaborate, influence and uplift others within a complex health setting. Alongside providing high‐level project leadership, you'll mentor a multidisciplinary team, strengthen governance and reporting, manage key risks and external partnerships, and help deliver a digital foundation that supports better care for the community.
