The Mandurah Swimming Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Squad Coach to join our growing coaching team.

Under the leadership of our Head Coach, we deliver programs that not only build technical ability and discipline but also foster a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment both in and out of the pool.
The Role
As Junior Squad Coach, you will support the Head Coach in leading our Junior Squad and Fitness programs. You'll design and deliver training sessions that build a strong pathway for swimmers progressing to Senior Squads and play an important role in shaping their success.
This role involves early mornings, evenings, and weekend work, including attending competitions.

Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and alignment with our club's values.
Hold relevant coaching qualifications and experience in a similar role.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum Swim Australia Foundation Coach (SAFC) accreditation, though Development Coach Accreditation is highly regarded.
Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Commitment to ongoing career development.
