ABOUT US: BODA Builders / BODA Building Group provides building & construction services to the residential and commercial sectors, with an in-house multi-trade team including bricklayers, floor & wall tilers, roofers, carpenters around Perth metropolitan area.
Currently we are hiring for multiple positions who have a positive can-do attitude, for the following roles:
* Construction Managers
* Project Managers
* Operations Manager
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations, including planning, variations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Supervise, coach, and mentor employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
* Monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure targets for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are consistently met or exceeded.
* Implement and optimize lean construction principles to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
* Develop and manage the operations budget, closely monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Drive growth and identify new areas for expansion.
* Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with the People and Culture team to recruit, train, and develop a skilled workforce capable of meeting goals.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
* Must be trade qualified in your occupation or trade.
* Must have experience in all aspects of construction management but not limited to facilitating the transition of projects from design to construction, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the Construction Department.
* Must have good knowledge of financial management procedures relating to project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, cost management and reporting.
* Must have contract management experience.
* Must have experience with Construction Contract documentation but not limited to, the management of contractual variations.
* Financial capability e.g. P&L analysis.
* Excellent project coordination skills.
* Superior computer literacy (Outlook, Word & Excel) and familiarity with Microsoft Project and its application to effectively deliver projects.
