Senior Payroll Officer| Parramatta | $50 P/H plus superThe CompanyJoin a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, located in Parramatta, and renowned for delivering innovative solutions, fostering diversity, and achieving exceptional results. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with 2 – 3 days work-from-home available.The PositionAs Payroll Officer, you will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for a full suite of payroll activities:End-to-end payroll processing for approximately 700 staff on a fortnightly cycleCalculate and report workers compensation liabilities, including lost time and injured worker paymentsReconcile Long Service Leave (LSL) accruals and payments in line with Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and state legislationHandle special reconciliations, including shift worker Annual Leave entitlements outside of EAsAdminister salary increases and back paymentsInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionallyMaintain professional communications with internal stakeholders, including supervisors, managers, and employeesManage the payroll aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes efficientlyThe CandidateTo excel in this role, you will bring the following:Proven experience in end-to-end payroll in a large, complex environmentProficiency with major ERP systems, such as Micropay, SAP, ADP, and Time & Attendance platformsA proactive and can-do attitude, driven to make a tangible impactStrong interpersonal and exceptional communication skillsResilience and eagerness to tackle challenges with initiative and determinationThe Benefits$50.00 per hour + SuperHybrid work model (2–3 days WFH)Gain exposure in a leading healthcare organisationSupportive team-oriented environmentOpportunities to expand your skills and learn new systemsIn the first instance please apply online or call Debbie Hannaford or Paula Fahey on 9891 7400.At Elements Recruitment we exist to help people find the right place and help businesses grow with the right people.
