Market research interviewer (telephone) (wollongong)

Overview

Taverner Research is an agile and independent market research company based in Sydney with call‐centres in Surry Hills and Wollongong. We are looking for bright, energetic people to join our interviewing team in Wollongong.

Responsibilities

• Interview members of the public from all walks of life
• Conduct computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), face‐to‐face interviews, and/or market research focus group recruiting as required

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and speaking English
• Clear speaking ability
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good listening skills
• Available to start immediately

Availability & Schedule

• Minimum four shifts per week, likely including Friday and sometimes Saturday
• Call‐centre hours vary: generally 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 8:30 pm Monday to Friday; Saturday shifts 11 am–3 pm; Sunday shifts on occasion
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Compensation

Pay: $31.17 per hour rising to $34.86 per hour after gaining experience (usually in 2 weeks or 50 hrs, whichever comes first)

Requirements

• Wollongong, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Australian work authorisation (required)
