YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued junior/intermediate lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by an outstanding Senior Associate Solicitor (also an accredited specialist in personal injury law)+ being part of a vibrant A team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients across multiple personal injury claims including: CTP, public liability, workers compensation/work injury damages, medical negligence, TPD, child sexual abuse.
You will have ACTIVE full-spectrum carriage of your OWN files (50‑80 depending on experience level) including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are a talented solicitor with 1-3 years POST‑admission experience in personal injury law;
preferably have practiced in at least 2 or more of: 1) CTP 2) WC/WID; 3) PUBLIC/OCCUPIERS LIABILITY; 4) TPD/SUPER; 5) MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE; 5) ABUSE.
have strong technical legal research/drafting +negotiation+ advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
