Note: the roster is weekend-only.
What You'll Do
* Take full ownership of the kitchen to prepare and serve delicious, nutritious meals for weekend residents
* Operate independently to manage all aspects of food production from prep to plating
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service to students, staff, and college visitors
* Maintain high hygiene standards by overseeing dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and tray service duties
* Ensure all meals are prepared safely and efficiently according to established dietary guidelines
About You
* Must be a qualified professional holding a Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery
* Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a valid NSW Working With Children Check
* Proven ability to work autonomously and handle the responsibilities of a solo kitchen shift
* Willingness to be hands-on with all tasks including food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning
* Ability to pass a National Police Check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia
