What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for customers across the Northern Victoria territory, helping them succeed while growing our business in the Architectural Hardware space.
You'll manage existing accounts and uncover new opportunities, using your commercial acumen and customer focus to deliver outstanding results.
From planning call cycles and leveraging CRM tools to introducing innovative products and sharing market insights, you'll play a key role in shaping our success.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do - you'll work closely with our branch network, state sales team, and national support centre to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking for
Demonstrated sales experience in an account management and business development capacity (hunter mentality)
Industry experience architectural hardware market preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Focused on building meaningful connections
Ability to work autonomously with proven experience in meeting sales targets
Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data
Strong computer skills and experience using CRM system
Flexibility to travel within the Northern Victoria area including overnight stays, as required
