What We Offer:
Career Growth – This is a casual role working 5 days per week, with strong opportunities for ongoing hours and long-term growth as the business continues to expand. After six months, there may be an opportunity to transition to permanent part-time (subject to performance and business needs).

Duties/Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication and Meetings: Engage with participants, families, and service providers to ensure seamless support.
Collaborate with managers to improve service delivery and participant satisfaction: Work closely with leadership to enhance service quality and client experience.
Service inquiries and issue resolution: Address participant concerns and provide timely solutions.
Administrative and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
Conduct participant follow-ups to ensure services meet their needs: Regularly check in with participants to assess and improve their experience.
Staff and Participant Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees and participants for a smooth transition.
Rostering and appointment setting: Assist in adjusting staff roster and assist with participant appointments for efficient service delivery.
Participant Check-ins: Ensure ongoing participant engagement and satisfaction through regular check-ins to ensure the participant is always moving towards achieving their Goals.
About You:
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Passion for making a difference in the disability sector.
Knowledge of the NDIS framework (highly desirable).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in customer service software and technology.
Previous experience in a customer support role within the disability sector is an advantage.
