**Position**: Ecommerce Executive
We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to join our team and support the rapid growth of **Diamonds Factory** and **Austen & Blake **in Australia and New Zealand. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to two dynamic brands, directly impacting both e-commerce and social media growth.
**About the Role**
As the E-commerce Executive, you'll split your time evenly between the two brands, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role, working any 2 days from home, with a focus on strategic online planning and digital co-ordination.
**How You'll Contribute**:
**E-commerce**:
- Assist the Global E-commerce Manager with planning and executing the marketing and online calendar for the ANZ region.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams on new functionality releases across live and testing sites.
- Coordinate blog content delivery, ensuring timely and consistent publication.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies (SEO, PR) to support brand visibility and growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis, tracking key competitors promotions and offers.
**Social Media**:
- Work with the Social Media Executives to manage the global social media calendar and ensure brand-aligned social posts.
- Coordinate influencer gifting, competitions and partnership efforts.
- Support the Social Media Executives with campaign photoshoots.
- Develop educational content by building relationships with our stores and workshop.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Regularly update Management and Regional Sales Managers, on current program performance, results, and growth opportunities.
- Actively seek feedback on initiatives from the Sales Teams to refine strategies.
- Track and propose future localised initiatives to drive growth in the ANZ market.

**About You**
- 2-3 years of e-commerce experience, with a genuine passion for social media.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics to track and understand performance.
- Organised and proactive, with experience managing calendars and campaigns.
- Familiar with project management tools like ASANA or similar.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset, holding yourself and others accountable.
- Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement.
- Skilled at managing your own time and meeting deadlines seamlessly.
- Creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into impactful results.
