Job Title: Airports and Specialized Pavements Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Airports and Specialized Pavements team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of various projects, requiring national travel.
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, along with more than 7 years of experience in airports, racetrack, civil road construction, or road maintenance.
* Experience with AGL systems, including installation and commissioning, working on operational airfields and familiarity with regulatory standards such as MOS139 is highly regarded.
* A successful track record of building relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and developing new business opportunities.
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills, and a well-developed understanding of planning, execution, and financial reporting of projects.
* Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive approach to change management with the capacity to lead and inspire teams.
* National travel will be required, and commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time is essential.
* Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support initiatives and strategies.
