A highly skilled and creative leader is needed to oversee our small, dedicated kitchen team. Their focus will be on developing fresh, seasonal menus that showcase local produce and emphasize nourishing meals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating house-made products such as jams, relishes, condiments, pastries, cakes, and other goods from scratch.
Responsibilities include managing ordering, controlling expenses, minimizing wastage, and maintaining a positive team culture. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure a strong sustainability mission is upheld through low-waste practices, recycled packaging, closed-loop composting, and on-site UV filtered spring water.
 * Hands-on role overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and food service
 * Experience in pastry, preserves, and fermentation processes an advantage
