Position Type: Full-time (fixed term - until 30 June **** with a possibility of extension)
Level: $110 - $130 per hour (depending on experience) plus Super

The Organisation
The Canberra Rape Crisis Centre (CRCC) is a non-government, feminist organisation working to eliminate sexual violence against women, young people, children, and men.
Our mission is to be an active, visible catalyst for social change through the provision of high-quality services within a feminist framework.
We provide confidential counselling and practical support for victim survivors of sexual violence and their families who have experienced any form of sexual assault, sexual harassment or childhood sexual abuse.
We arrange immediate crisis appointments and provide a 24-hour crisis callout service through the Forensic & Medical Sexual Assault Care (FAMSAC) and/or Sexual Assault & Child Abuse Team (SACAT) services.
Our Crisis phone support is available from 7am until 11pm, 7 days a week.
Job Summary
CRCC requires an IT project manager to transition the business and information technology workplace, software and equipment, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and associated applications.
This transition is already in progress and requires effective and timely transformation with minimal risk or disruption to operations.
The process must be secure, transparent and instil confidence in the leadership team.
The successful applicant will ensure the IT implementation occurs in a seamless and planned process with minimal disruption to staff, clients and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the transition to a Windows environment and Microsoft Suite.
Collaborate with IT suppliers and business leads to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and migration of data, systems and hardware.
Oversee data mapping, cleansing, migration and ensure CRM workflows are functional and secure.
Develop and document transition plans, business processes and configuration protocols for access, security and ongoing maintenance.
Provide staff training, user guides and support to ensure a seamless changeover.
Establish frameworks and procedures for IT requests, system administration and business operations within Microsoft solutions.
Maintain project documentation, risks and cost tracking; report progress to the Leadership team.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) to ensure timely delivery.
Key Selection Criteria
Strong commitment to feminist principles, confidentiality and human rights.
Demonstrated leadership and project/transition management experience implementing Microsoft products.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business needs.
Proven business and data analysis skills.
Strong facilitation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritise, manage pressure and handle complex issues.
Collaborative and respectful team approach.
Strong computer literacy and record-keeping skills.
Alignment with CRCC values and cultural awareness.
Ability to work on-site and with IT suppliers.
Current driver's licence and valid WWVP card.
Special Conditions
This is a woman-only position under s34 (1) of the Discrimination Act **** and is a genuine occupational qualification for the position.
Child protection legislation requires that the preferred applicant undergo employment screening, including a Police check and valid Working with Vulnerable People registration.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or certification in IT, Project Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years' experience in IT, business transformation or project management.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with facilitation experience.
Experience managing change, teams and operations.
Data and business analysis experience preferred.
