As Head of Content, you'll own the full content strategy and lead the charge in scaling our brand into a national household name.
This role is for someone who's part strategist, part creative, and part operator.
You'll set the vision, lead a small in-house team, and drive consistent, high-impact content across all social and digital platforms — both organic and paid.
You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and Marketing Manager to ensure seamless rollout of content across all campaigns, platforms, and departments.
Hitting deadlines and delivering consistently will be key to driving impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities Develop and lead our full content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and paid platforms Plan and manage the content calendar around campaigns, launches, brand moments, and cultural events Ensure a clear content direction and rhythm that supports both brand and performance goals Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing Manager to meet content deadlines company-wide Lead and mentor a small creative team including videographers, editors, and creators Identify talent gaps within the content team and hire the right people to strengthen creative output Oversee all production workflows including shoot planning, storyboards, scripting, and editing Manage relationships with on-camera talent, creators, and influencers Identify and engage new talent and influencers who align with our brand and audience Coordinate and brief creators to ensure content is on-brand, consistent, and effective Maintain a cohesive tone, visual style, and storytelling approach across all channels Lead content efforts across both paid and organic strategies Track performance and optimise content using data and audience insights Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and cultural moments Support and help scale our live content efforts including our fortnightly livestream, with the goal of increasing frequency and quality What We're Looking For 3 to 5+ years experience in content strategy, social media, or creative direction Proven experience managing content creators and influencers Strong understanding of short-form content including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Experience identifying and developing talent for on-camera content Hands-on skills in scripting, directing, and video production Ability to lead teams and run content workflows with clear structure Strategic mindset with a talent for turning creative ideas into scalable systems Experience with live content or livestreams preferred Collaborative, adaptable, and able to balance creativity with business goals Why Join Winners Locker?
