About the Role
As Clinical Director, you'll lead a passionate team in delivering high standards of clinical care and patient service. You'll have a key voice in shaping the future of the practice, from clinical protocols to team development.
You will:
* Drive clinical standards and support the vet team
* Lead practice operations alongside the Practice Manager
* Get protected time for leadership duties
* Continue hands‐on clinical work, split with leadership responsibilities
About the Practice
This is a busy, small animal practice with a loyal client base and an experienced, collaborative team. The surgery is well‐equipped with digital x‐ray, ultrasound, in‐house lab, and dedicated surgical facilities.
You'll be supported by a strong nursing team and a Practice Manager focused on staff wellbeing and development. The practice encourages open communication, team growth, and work‐life balance.
Ideal Candidate
* RCVS‐registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Confident in both clinical and leadership settings
* Passionate about team development and high‐quality care
* Prior leadership experience is desirable, but not essential – training and mentorship available
