About the Role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated lawyers to join our legal team across Queensland in various locations.
* Provide expert legal advice, casework, and representation in Family Law, Domestic & Family Violence, Child Protection, and Victims Assist Queensland matters.
* Advocate for clients in various Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions.
* Collaborate with Paralegals and Family Advocates, providing guidance and support to help clients navigate complex systems.
* Promote community legal education and foster strong relationships with community organisations, government agencies, and justice groups.
Responsibilities
* Legal Advice: Provide informed and effective legal advice to clients on Family Law, Domestic & Family Violence, Child Protection, and Victims Assist Queensland matters.
* Casework and Representation: Represent clients in various Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with Paralegals and Family Advocates to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to clients and team members alike.
* Community Engagement: Deliver community legal education programs and establish partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, and justice groups to promote access to justice and strengthen relationships.
