The Foundation uses a mix of evidence-based theatre, film and experiential learning to empower young people and make a real difference to their lives.
The role
As the Manager of the Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for all marketing, media and communications activities for the organisation. This true generalist role is responsible for the development and delivery of the organisation-wide marketing and communications strategy, oversight of written and visual material, oversight of the foundations digital presence, provide reporting to the CEO and Board, oversee PR activity and management of the organisations brand and marketing budgets.
To be successful in the role you will need
4+ years experience in marketing, communications or media leadership role.
Degree in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable ability to managing content development, create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone, style and format for different audiences.
Exceptional photography, videography and graphic design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and Microsoft 365.
Experience in digital marketing and campaign building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and meet deadlines.
The ability and desire to work effectively as part of a small team.
Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
